A transparent working view of the Multi-Project Milestone Participation: one claim across ten cellular-agriculture projects, with milestone-controlled funding and explicitly shared risks.

Validated analytical preview. Construction values retain the frozen C++ synthetic fixture; the financeability boundary is also computed in-browser by the published C++ WebAssembly module. Neither is market calibration.

02 / Meet the underlying claims

Ten projects. One disclosed reference schedule.

The pool spans research through repeat production to test one common financial interface. That diversity is analytical; it is not evidence that a live mixed-stage issuance would be admissible.

03 / Follow the money

Every receipt keeps its source.

Project cash, recovery, returned reserves and third-party support remain separate. The chart uses the selected construction’s central synthetic measure.

What this construction changes

Combines milestone claims and makes cash, exposure, loss, return and dependence measurable.

What it does not change

It does not improve project cash or remove common shocks.

04 / Shared exposure

Pooling is only useful after correlation.

Select a factor to see which claims can move together. Overlapping notionals cannot be added; one project can carry several common risks.

Exposure of each synthetic project claim to five shared risk factors
Central loss tail

Some diversification at 95%. None at 99%.

Pooling reduces central ES95 by 7.914, or 10.05%. In the more severe ES99 tail, the systemic path dominates and the measured benefit is zero.

05 / Nine complete joint paths

Defaults are not multiplied as if independent.

Choose a joint state. Every claim receives an explicit path code, producing one reconciled pool loss and continuing-exposure result.

06 / Common-hurdle comparison

Protection improves position—not underlying economics.

Central and adverse expected NPV are shown on one common scale where the 8% comparison is valid. The zero line is the decision boundary, not a promise of market value.

Funded stack: central prefunding drag is 8.984. Its first-loss and priority classes also fail their separate stated hurdles.

Guarantee: the provider-performing result excludes premium. The modeled all-in support gap is 28.467; wrong-way provider credit raises it to 28.702.

07 / Conditional issue boundary

Where investor value and issuer funding overlap.

Each row tests one supplied hurdle independently. The investor ceiling U protects the stated return requirement; the issuer floor L protects the complete issue funding identity.

Synthetic physical-measure sensitivity; not fair value, a bid, an observed hurdle, provider capacity, or evidence of demand.

Model unavailable Financeability-window output has not been published for this instrument.

The page will show tested investor ceilings, issuer floors, reference price and support gaps only after a verified model result is supplied.

08 / From model to investable asset

What must become real.

The model is valuable because it can refuse weak terms. A live instrument requires evidence strong enough to replace every invented economic input.

Implemented

Mechanics we can reproduce

Synthetic

Economics used to test the machinery

  • Cash, recovery and draw amounts
  • Probability ranges and dependence
  • Investor and provider hurdles
  • Success participation rights

Public mechanism ledger

Three precedents. Zero calibration-eligible observations.

Each record sharpens the contract and diligence questions. None yet supplies the complete matched cash, loss and independent price evidence required to estimate investor return.

Open-standard commitment

No rent to us.

Naturalehia retains no protocol fee, carried interest, instrument royalty, or share of financed-company receipts. Underlying project claims may still assign capped commercial, licensing, royalty, capacity, offtake, or exit cash to investors.

The honest boundary

Packaging creates no cash.

The model separates project receipts, recoveries and external support. A tranche can move loss; a guarantee can transfer it. Neither can repair missing commercial value, and no payment is assigned to Naturalehia.
