# Visual asset licensing

The MIT License in this repository covers newly contributed Naturalehia
software and documentation. It does **not** cover the pre-existing visual
assets listed below:

- `assets/NATURALEHIALOGO-1.png`
- `assets/NATURALEHIALOGO.pdf`
- `assets/NATURALEHIALOGO.tex`
- `assets/waacamaya_p1.jpg`

## Current status

The provenance and redistribution rights for these files have not yet been
confirmed. Until that review is complete, they remain excluded from the MIT
License. Their presence in the repository, availability through the project
website, or inclusion in a checkout does not grant permission to copy, modify,
redistribute, sublicense, or use them in another project.

The repository history describes `waacamaya_p1.jpg` as a machine-created
illustration made at `deepdreamgenerator.com`; that statement is attribution,
not a license grant. The Naturalehia website displays this image and the
wordmark, but that display does not alter their rights status.

The wordmark files are connected to the included LaTeX source, which references
the Acorn typeface. The repository does not contain the referenced font files or
their license. The wordmark and its source therefore remain excluded pending a
rights review as well.

Downstream distributors should omit these files unless they have separately
